What we're working on :

Did you know more people are likely to click through on a random banner advertisement of a dancing penguin than engage with a post by a Facebook page they "like"? Imagine being in a room with thousands of your so-called "fans" and NO ONE listening to you. This is actually what Facebook Page marketers are experiencing.

This is where we come in. We get them un-ignored.

Why we're awesome :

We're crazy. We do weird things and we do them spontaneously.

In May, we decided it would be cool to drive cross-country in record time. We even contacted the Guinness Book of World Records, but they didn't let us officially report it due to safety and their liability reasons, but we still made it from Boston to San Francisco in just 46 hours in our small Mazda packed with our entire lives' belongings. And two weeks ago, one of our founders started doing GOMAD (look it up, if you don't know what it is) even though he's lactose intolerant.

In terms of our traditions, there is only one official one which is "Sunday Sleep-Ins" where everyone on our team sleeps in and sometimes compete with each other to see who'll be the last to wake up.

And, oh yeah. We're funded by one of the Valley's best, 500Startups. We get to work out of the top floor of the tallest building in Mountain View and can see San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland just from our desks.

Who we're looking for :

For our UI/UX potential teammate, we're really into clean and quasi-minimalist style. We like people who make eye-pleasing designs but more importantly, someone who can design with the user experience in mind. HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript should be in your blood. We don't care if you have a degree in design or not, if you're good, you're good.

For our back-end engineering potential teammate, we're on a LAMP stack using Zend. If you don't believe Zend is the way PHP should be, then you're probably not a great fit for us. Also, we're pretty weak in awareness of all these amazing, cutting-edge technologies (node.js, mongoDB, etc.) so it would be cool to have a teammate who can put their two cents in from a new perspective.

Compensation details :

We're offering a project-by-project type of a compensation that will be in cash, but we're also open to including other things like stock options.

If you like working with us and we like you back, there will always be a full-time position available as well.

Let's talk! :)
