Accessibility FAIL! Seriously, no alternative text whatsoever.

this seems especially egregious. With the promise of a bright
HTML5/CSS3 future of standards-compliant, rich web applications
looming on the horizon, what can we do to bring this vision to the
average business-owner and flash developer?
